    ARRIVAL

    Upon your arrival in Nairobi, your dedicated Travel InternationalSafaris Guide will meet you at the Airport. Your guide will be on hand during your entire stay and will travel with you to help you have the very best experience possible while in Kenya. You and your party will be transferred from the airport to your Hotel in Nairobi.

Visitors can see Grevy’s zebras, elephants, Bohor reedbucks, hartebeests, pythons, puff adders, cobras, buffalos and more than 427 recorded species of birds.

    1. Day 1 NAIROBI-OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY
      • Pick up at 0630hrs from your hotel in Nairobi and depart for Olpejeta conservancy (360square km) is a private Sweetwater’s Game Sanctuary situated between the Aberdare and Mount Kenya. The sanctuary hosts birdlife, exotic flora and wildlife including the two remaining northern white rhinos.
      • Arrive with game drive towards the Serena Sweetwaters for Lunch and relax until 1600hrs.
      • Head for an evening game drive that includes a visit to the orphaned chimpanzees. Game drive continues until sunset.
      • Dinner and overnight at the Camp with a superb view of drinking animals (elephants, giraffes among others) from the best waterhole in the area.

    2. Day 2 OL PEJETA .C. –MERU NATIONAL PARK
      • Check out at the lodge after breakfast and depart for Meru National Park, covering an area of 870kms and hosts a wide range of wildlife such as the elephant, leopard, black rhino, grevy zebra, kudu, hartebeests and hippopotamus among others.
      • Check in just in time for lunch at the lodge; relax until 1600hrs for an evening game drive.
      • Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
    3. DAY 3 MERU N.P- SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

      Check out the lodge and depart for Samburu with game en route.

      Samburu National Reserve, situated along the Ewaso nyiro. The reserve has plenty to attract wildlife from the surrounding savannah plains. The reserve hosts over 450 species of birds, Samburu is the most popular reserve in northern Kenya. Wildlife viewing is good, and most big safari animals are easily spotted. The arid environment is home to a variety of north Kenya specials – both birds and mammals.

      A village visit to a nearby Samburu homestead is a worthwhile activity.

      Samburu offers great wildlife viewing and four of the Big five are present. Rhinos are absent, but big herds of elephant cross the reserve. Of the big cats, leopards are very rewarding with some habituated individuals giving high-quality sightings. Most interesting are the northern Kenya specials including beisa oryx, lesser kudu, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra and the odd-looking

      Arrive at the reserve and head towards the lodge arriving just in time for lunch. Relax after lunch until 1600hrs.

    4. Day 4 FULL DAY SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
      • Embark on a full day game drive in the reserve at 0730hrs after breakfast.
      • Return to the lodge for a sumptuous lunch buffet and relax until 1500hrs before another game drive until sunset.
      • You will have the chance to visit the Samburu village and interact with the colourful Samburu people in their traditional cultural setting. (Optional at an extra cost).
      • Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

    5. DAY 5 SAMBURU N.R-IL NGWESI CONSERVACY
      • Check out the lodge 0700hrs after breakfast and depart for Il Ngwesi that represents a local replication of the self-sustaining conservancy model developed by the Borana and Lewa conservancies. The conservancy is home to marvellous wildlife such as black rhinos, African wild dogs, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe and the grevy zebra among others which also includes more than 400 bird species.
      • Arrive IL NGWESI in time for lunch.
      • Embark on a game drive at 1600hrs after lunch and a short rest.
      • Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

    6. DAY 6 IL NGWESI CONSERVANCY
      • Depart for a full day game drive at 0730hrs after breakfast.
      • Return to the lodge for lunch and take a short rest until 1600hrs.
      • Embark on an evening game drive until sunset

    7. DAY 7 IL NGWESI CONSERVANCY- NAIROBI
      • Depart for Nairobi at 0730hrs after breakfast with morning game drive en route.
      • Arrive Nairobi Carnivore Restaurant in time for a sumptuous farewell lunch.
      • Transfer back to your hotel.
