Foothill of Kilimanjaro (7 DAYS 6 NIGHTS)

Early breakfast at 0600hrs and embark on a full day in the park with packed lunch.

Beginning with a morning game drive in search of the popular residents of Amboseli like the Elephants, Zebras, wildebeest, Giraffes, Hippos among others.

At about 1300hrs have lunch in the wild while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Amboseli.

Embark on another game drive in search of animals with a spectacular view of the Mount Kilimanjaro until sunset. Return to the CAMP for dinner and overnight.

• Check out at the Camp at 0700hrs after breakfast and depart for Tsavo West National Park with game en route.
• Tsavo West National Park (9,065square kms) with a varied Terrain. The northern part of the park being bush land with scattered native baobab trees. Offering a variety of wild animals such as lions, hyenas, hippo’s cheetah’s elephants among others.
• Arrive at Tsavo West National Park at around 1230hrs and check in to the kilaguni safari loge in time for lunch.
• Embark on a game drive until sunset and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

• Check out at the lodge and depart for Taita Hills Game sanctuary. With plains punctuated with trees and mountains in the foreground Taita Hills hosts a verity of wild animals such as cheetahs, lions, Maasai giraffes and elephants among others.
• Arrive Sarova Saltlick Game lodge in time for lunch.
• Have lunch at the lodge with a spectacular view of the plains and relax until 1600hrs before embarking on an afternoon game drive
• Look out for animals until sunset and return to the lodge which offers a spectacular overview of wild animals drinking at the waterhole.
• Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

• Check out Sarova Saltlick Game lodge at 0730hrs after breakfast and head to Tsavo East NP.
• Tsavo East National Park, (13,747 square kms) the oldest and largest park in Kenya which is flat with dry plains, hills and scattered acacia scrubland. Famous for its large herds of red elephants and lions which back in the 1900s a pair of rogue man eating lions prayed on numerous the Kenya-Uganda Railway constructors as described in the book `The Man Eaters of Tsavo`.
• Arrive Tsavo East NP and head to the Camp/lodge with game en route checking in time for lunch
• Relax after lunch until 1600hrs and embark on a game drive until sunset.
• Return at the Camp for dinner and overnight.

• Check out the Camp at 0700hrs after breakfast and head to exit Tsavo East National Park with morning game en route.
• Exit Tsavo East National Park and drive to Shimba Hills game reserve.
• Shimba Hills is a tropical rainforest covering an area of 202 km2, with physical attractions including Marere Dam, Sheldrick Falls and the casuarinas forests.
• Arrive at the reserve and head to the Shimba Hills Green Lodge with game en route checking in just in time for lunch while enjoying an overview of the animals drinking from the waterhole from above.
• Embark on a game drive in search for the endangered Sable Antelope, elephants, giraffe, velvet monkeys and Shrews among others. With bird watching of more than 100 bird species including Ostrich, eagle, African hawk and honey guide until sunset.
• Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

• Check out Shimba Hills Green lodge at 0800hrs after breakfast and embark on a morning game drive as we explore the tropical rain forest of Shimba hills on foot accompanied by a Ranger, take a walk towards the Sheldrick Falls. Hike as we marvel at the water cascade.
• Depart at around 11 15hrs for Diani Beach Hotel arriving in time for lunch.
